edit: wait a second, according to your military factbook with the numbers, you only have 3.2 million troops.You have to keep it within your nations power, so if you only have 120,000 troops, that's your max. However, since you have been a part of the Trials of Timlandia since I think the 1st one, I can make an exception.

Kinda revamping my nation, but as the last war/roleplay of soon to be old Ultimatalia, ill do this.

Ships: (both for water and space, max 200,000) (ooh space???) 150K sea ships, 100 orbital bombing stations, divided into 4 for levels of power, 10 spacecraft meant for bombardment and destruction.
