Almost impossible, since North Goofistan is socialist and almost all industries are owned by the government. Foreign companies and individuals have little to no chance to do business in North Goofistan because they require government permission, which can take weeks to even years to complete.

Ineva is my biggest ally and South Goofistan is my biggest enemy.

There have been 4 attempts to united the North and South, none of which were successful. North Goofistan hates South Goofistan because of territory dispute on the mainland border. South Goofistan hates North Goofistan because of the territory dispute and since North Goofistan is communist and the treaty was made by communists, South Goofistan can't get a military above 130,000 troops, 120 ships and 2,000 planes.
