I would argue you need to find strong evidence that backs the repeal or at least get enough support to make it happen despite the effects its currently enforcing.

I didn't think it was possible to repeal either, for such reason. Its the founding resolution, it probably is inherently unrepealable or else it can delegitimize everything the Leviathan has done so far.

I had raised an inquiry about that in Technical (after my whole draft thing that Tinhampton linked to earlier), but ultimately it didn't go anywhere. I'm assuming it's not too hard to undo, but they probably figure there's not enough valid reason (at least under the readings of veracity, which I wasn't well-versed-in at the time ;p) and the consequences would be... extremely underwhelming game-mechanics-wise, to the point that just... not dealing with the playerbase fallout was something I even thought might be wise to dodge.

Don't get me wrong, I'd still enjoy repealing it lol but I just don't think it's happening any time soon.
