Factbook Removal Appeal

Appeal request for the "[OOC] Rejoice and be Happy", it was removed for trolling, but trolling was not it's intended purposes, unless mocking alt-right conspiracy theorists with the last three images and the penny meme count. The true purpose of the images were to be a praise of Israel, the Jewish people, and Jewish companies (Google, their co-founder was Jewish, and My Story Animated) and their enemies that they have defeated (Saddam, Walt Disney) or almost defeated (The Ayatollah and Hamas). And the Hebrew words are just the lyrics to "Hava Nagila" a Jewish folk-song.

If it were not clear, the previous poster is correct. The forum can only be used to appeal consequences that have occurred on the forum. If it's anything to do with the NationStates game itself, it must be requested through a Getting Help Request, where there are more robust resources for moderators to discuss and track issues.
