Is there a way you can specifically see all of your warning/bans you've earned from mods, or is that something they would have to specifically tell you? (I wasn't sure if this would go in technical or moderation, but it was more of a question than anything.)

You can ask your warning record via the Getting Help Page. Note that you'd need to ask for each of your nations specifically, it's not a blanket "what are my warnings across all my nations" request, more of a "please could I have the record of the following of my nations: Nation X, Nation Y, Nation Z etc"
