Help with deleting a telegram

Hi sorry if it's out of topic, but I need help to delete a telegram I've recently sent which contains personal information. There seems to be no option on this site to delete telegrams can anyone please help?

It's damn near impossible to delete telegrams that are already sent, I'm afraid.
