Okay OP, there’s nothing here that’s Commendable. Your description could match a thousand different nations.

You need to read past Commendations and see the level of detail and the amount of research the authors have done. Your effort does not stack up.

Finally, Herby does not Commend anyone - they’re a car.

Yeah, against. WA proposals in general need more work put into them. If anyone could have easily thought and typed it out in 5 minutes, it probably needs more drafting and especially research.
