I'd like to ask for a second opinion, if possible. There is no mention of Elon Musk where Distruzio replied, and Minneapolis' post seemed targeted at Distruzio.

I uphold UC's decision, though for a slightly different reason. Even though it does seem clear in context that they're talking about Distruzio and not Elon Musk, it's the difference between saying 'I'd like to call X poster mean names' and actually calling them mean names. There is a difference, though it at least provides something to keep in mind in the event they actually do the latter.

I do not consider it actionable for this reason.
