Hello NS Mod team, I have sent this here because of a nation that has caught my attention.
Libriano, a direct alt of Carl Wheezer empire has a motto that I believe is Direct flaming at Republic of LIbriano, with a motto of "Imagine being called Republic of Libriano"

I believe this constitutes as Flaming/trolling. However I am not sure, after a long discussion with Lib on discord, I have come to the conclusion that I should ask the mods first before submitting a GHR.
Here is the proof of the Motto in question:

And here is proof of it being the alt of Carl Wheezer.


Mods, does this constitute as flaming, even if it is not on the forums? This does seem like a poke at Republic of Libriano, and Carl Wheezer has had a history of trolling.

Let Republic of Libriano send in the GHR: viewtopic.php?f=16&t=260044#011 and we'll take a closer look.

If you think something may be against the rules, you should report it via the correct channel (GHR for gamside, Moderation forum for forumside). You don't need to ask first if it is actionable - that's what the report is for. So in this case, please could you submit a GHR and a Game Mod will investigate and provide a ruling.
