It's a response of sorts, so I cannot, in good faith, interpret it as spam.

As for being bait, it's a pretty mild expression of apathy, disinterest, or disagreement with the argument you made. Keeping that in mind, my decision is that it isn't actionable.

Thank you. I filed the report because replying to a long-winded post with just "ok boomer" has been ruled actionable in the past.
