For the mods: The Holy Russian empire is a nation from The New Order mod for hearts of Iron 4, it is a nightmare genocide state killing anyone who opposed Sergei Taboritsky, the blessed regent of the regime. He is obsessed with finding the Tsarvich Alexi II, who as we know was killed by Soviet solders after the October revolution.

I also have to say that the flag is loosely based in the flag of a Far-Right, Antisemitic party in Russia
