Garium officialy recognises the violence against the Zohtu people described as "anti-terrorism operations" to be genocide and would recommend a scaling down of operations in Zhotu lands. Garium requests access to investigate the sites of conflict to be able to discover any potential warcrimes in accordance to international law. However the Gariumian government views any regime change in Cote D''Argent to be detrimental to the international trade of silver and acknowledges that any conflict in the region could destabilize countries reliant on the import of silver for their industries to function. Garium officially requests to be able to protect silver mines which it deams to be too dangerous to allow to be collateral from the fighting. A port city will also be required as a base for Gariumian troops to carry out peacekeeping operations in the region. The final statement is for there to be a representative from the Zhotu people for a balanced narrative in any possible negotiations in the future. We shall still trade openly with Cote D'Argent but we do not support their actions on the matter.

ROYAL GOVERNMENT OF THE ISLANDS
Dear President Ndongwe,
We, the citizens of the Panay Islands and Guimaras hereby officially recognizes the genocide as "an attack against terrorism", and would also recommend to scale down the operations in most of the Zhotu lands. We also want an access to investigate the reasoning of those "justified acts" and will able to discover any potential warcrimes in accordance to international law. Even though the Panayense government is willing to cooperate with other countries like the others. But still not supporting these abhorrent actions.May God bless us all,

From the Office of the State Department of MeresedPursuing excellence in all things
To the Zhotu people, and worldwide public,
The Nation of Meresed condemns the actions of the Cote D'Argentian military and their so-called "anti-terrorism operation". We call upon the World Assembly to join with us in sanctioning the nation and halting all purchases of Silver from the nation. As for the Nation of Meresed all silver imported into the nation must come with proof of origin and all Cote D'Argentian silver will be refused entry into the country. We are currently sending foreign aid in the form of foodstuffs, water purification systems and tablets, medical supplies, radios and other communication devices to the Zhotu people. You are not alone the world sees you and supports you. If the senseless violence against the Zhotu people does not stop further actions will be taken.

Good evening president Ndongwe of the Republic of Cote D'Argent. We hope this message finds you well. We have to inform you that the force of 5,000 armed personnel from Garium you have permitted to enter your borders are in transit with the inclusion of surviellance drones which are in accordance to the deal as they are purely civilian type drones. Please forgive any miscommunication from our soldiers as there are only a few translators included, maybe this may also be a time to get our countries closer culturally. They shall however operate in accordance to guidelines based on the Gariumian international stance on the conflict but shall not actively seek engagement. Due to the show of goodwill in allowing our task force to enter your borders we do hope for close co-operation and understanding between our taskforce and the Cotargentian armed forces in the matter. With utmost assurance our forces shall not carry out any operations except for investigative work without permission from you and your government we however would like to request to be allowed to aid civilians/non-combatants under international war. It would be of great help, if this request is approved, for there to be an indication of where would be considered areas of conflict and areas effected by it to be made known to us so our operations would be of great ease in the region. I again shall thank you for allowing our men entry and I pray you treat then hospitably when they arrive on your shores.
Signed in the name of the High Elected Emperor: Johanas Vechi

President William Ndongwe
Cote D' Argent
His Excellency
The Government of the People’s Republic of South Darolia formally expresses its objection to the ongoing military actions executed by the Government of Cote d'Argent against the Zhotu population in the northern territories. These operations are in direct violation of international humanitarian law, notably the Geneva Conventions and the United Nations Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide. The documented destruction of civilian infrastructure, displacement of non-combatants, and alleged indiscriminate attacks against the Zhotu people constitute prima facie evidence of war crimes and possible crimes against humanity.
In alignment with the Responsibility to Protect (R2P) doctrine, South Darolia is compelled to respond to any state’s failure to safeguard its population from mass atrocities. Under this mandate, South Darolia asserts that it will act within legal bounds to uphold peace and human rights standards in the region. In light of the above, the People’s Republic of South Darolia demands that Cote d'Argent adhere to the following conditions:
- Immediate and verifiable cease in all military and paramilitary operations including those noted as 'anti terrorism operations' affecting civilian areas within the northern territories of Cote d'Argent, enforced by state and allied entities.
- Assured access for humanitarian organizations to deliver relief aid to affected areas without obstruction.
- Compliance with an independent, internationally sanctioned investigation to review alleged violations of international law, under the oversight of an impartial committee selected by relevant International bodies.
Should Cote d'Argent fail to comply with the stipulated demands by 11:59 PM GMT on November 5, 2024, South Darolia will initiate the following lawful actions:
- Implementation of a comprehensive trade embargo, prohibiting the exchange of goods, resources, and economic assets with Cote d'Argent.
If hostilities continue:- Naval blockade along the Cotargentian coast, to prevent further escalation and ensure compliance with international law.
If hostilities continue:- Escalation to direct military intervention, should continued hostilities necessitate, as a measure to uphold regional stability and prevent further civilian harm.
Failure to fulfill these obligations within the stated period will confirm Cote d'Argent’s disregard for international human rights norms, necessitating a proportionate response under international law. South Darolia urges Cote d'Argent to act in accordance with its obligations to the international community and to prioritize the immediate cessation of hostilities.ATTEST:

To: Whom it May Concern
From: The Office of the Tyzkyan Minister of Defense
This letter is to notify you of the deployment of a Tyzkyan Carrier Strike Group to your region. It is our intent to see your campaign of violence is brought to a prompt conclusion, through all diplomatic and -if necessary- military means. This is not the World Assembly, we do not believe in 'Strongly Worded Letters'. Sanctions shall be forth coming, to accompany this official condemnation and warning. This is your first and only warning. You will not receive another.

Official Communiqu of the Azmen Exterior Ministry
The Exterior Ministry of the People’s Republic of Azmeny starkly condemns the actions of the government of Cote D’Argent towards the Muslim Zhotu people. In line with international conventions of human rights, the People’s Republic of Azmeny declares these actions conducted under the guise of counter-terrorism to be tantamount to genocide, citing numerous instances of massacres, and consistent patterns of indiscriminate violence towards civilians as well as evidence of exterminations.
While the People’s Republic recognises the desire of the government of Cote d’Argent to reassert control over breakaway areas of its internationally recognised territory, it is the opinion of the Azmen government that recent events seem to be at odds with that mission, seeming directed at the extermination of the Zhotu peoples. Most notably, the destruction of Mosques and large-scale massacres by the military and militia groups under the directive of the national government constitute a gross violation of the international law surrounding armed conflict, and likely constitute an attempt at ethnic cleansing.
In this context, the People’s Republic of Azmeny has chosen to agree with the many nations of the world who have regarded this as genocide, and to reinforce calls for sanctions against the nation and its President William Ndongwe, whose government enacted this unparalleled crime against humanity. The National Diet of the People’s Republic in concordance with the Presidium have therefore enacted the following laws concerning the Republic of Cote d’Argent and its government:
- A complete embargo on the Republic of Cote d’Argent, and multilateral sanctions including the seizure of government assets held in Azmeny, and the expulsion of all diplomatic staff from the People’s Republic.
- A call for the military of Cote D’Argent and the President William Ndongwe to be tried for crimes against humanity, in accordance with international law.
- The deployment of military assets, including a task force containing the ANS Kommunisma, the ANS Novostrashny, the ANS Baktyr, and two corvettes of the Azmen People’s Navy to the coast of Cote d’Argent to participate in a multinational blockade and peacekeeping operation against the Republic of Cote d’Argent.
Signed,
Exterior Minister Ivan Savkin
