Certainly, such an important matter merits being addressed explicitly by us legislators in the Assembly, even if only in protest of what appears to be Catherine Gratwick's own decision. Nonetheless, we would recommend one small addition, of a clause specifically addressing capitalisation in titles. Our suggestion would be as follows, to be inserted after Section 3:"
