Also, a ban on drones - as opposed to a fictionalised debate about it - is better suited to the GA.

There's a issue for that http://www.mwq.dds.nl/ns/results/692.html, and also like mentioned if you want a total international ban the GA is suited best. Although not many people would be willing to support a total ban, regulating drones is more likely to gain support. Also if you want to write another Drone based issue that you should posted a draft thread instead

In addition to #692 (which can only ban private drone use in populated areas), issue #528 allows you to outright ban all drone use according to option 3.
