Welcome to New Sevregral, Kostane, the center of a restored Kostane nation. The city is bustling with people, and the most modern buildings stretch in every direction. Just a few years ago, this entire region was a wasteland, but now it is the future of cities, filled with every amenity and industry. Now the rising city seeks to project its cultural power --- on every street corner there is an advertisement for the NationVision contest. While Dr. Proctor shocked the world by winning NationVision 41 for Kostane with his song, "42," Kostane was undergoing a revolution. This city is a lasting sign of that revolution, the symbol of a new Kostane rising to face the world.
The contest is being held in a stadium just outside of the city, set against the backdrop of the massive Sevregral mountain range and the distant ruins of the old Sevregral. Built to hold over a quarter million people, and made out of pure steel, the stadium looks like a beacon as it reflects the light of the sun. The stage is empty, waiting for a truly great performer to fill it. Kostane beckons to the world, throwing wide open its gates.
For all those in participating, a private suite in the exclusive mountaintop hotel has been provided, with transportation, dining, and entertainment all included. All you have to do is bring your unique talent, your shining lights from all of the world, so that all can see that music is truly the language that speaks to the soul.
