What is this?
This is the third currently known version of the NationStates Discord Index. Discord is a popular offsite chat platform used by most organisations in the game.
I will do my best to maintain this index, time permitting. I have added a few to start with
How can my server get on the list?
Just post in this thread with the server's name and an invite link. Make sure the link is set to never expire.
Also state which category you want to be added under.
However, unlike previous versions of the Discord Index, I will be publicly listing a few standards for being added to the list.
What is the criteria for being added?
Activity Requirements (in General):
- Last RMB post not being more than 90 days old
- Not have a message on your Region indicating that it is closed/merged/etc
- Not be passworded/a trophy region
If any apply to the currently listed, I will move the link to the archive/inactive section
Community Standards (in General):
- Must not be generally blacklisted
- Must be known to have good moderation standards
- Organisation/Governor/Founder must not have been declared DOS by in game moderation or suspected of being DOS
If you are a Game Created Region:
- The Government/Organisation's delegate must have been in power for 30 days
We're in the wrong category, can we change it?
Yes. Post in the thread to request a change, but keep in mind that your server may fall under multiple categories, and it will be listed with the one that most closely matches its purpose.
We got a new server, can our link be changed?
Yes. Please avoid doing this more than once in a weekly period.
What is the turnaround time to be added?
Maximum one week, unless I decide not to add due to the above criteria
