First of all, unquestionable support for the candidate.

However, I do personally find it feels like it kinda lacks a narrative? Maybe partially due to the over-reliance on lists, it just kinda reads like a resume, a list of impressive accomplishments, and definitely commend-worthy ones, but reading them in this way honestly kinda bores me.

I'm self admittedly not the best author, and I'm sure other people will have better advice, but what I think might help is like, adding a bit of flavour and context to the achievements instead of just letting them stand on their own. Like, for example,

Establishing embassies between CK and The East Pacific, Talonia, The Frontier Sea, Blue Ridge, Avaldonia, The North Pacific, The Pacific, and The League during its tenure

why is this impressive? Is it the sheer number of regions, or is there something special about these regions that makes the establishment of relations with them important and noteworthy? Answering this question in the text of the resolution I think would help the reader understand why they should care about the nominee and make it feel less dead. A few more examples:

In the aftermath of the sudden resignation of Cle Brait, rising to the occasion and faithfully continuing to serve as Senior Administrator

Why is this impressive? Was this a moment of vulnerability/instability for the alliance? Did platy act as a stabilizing figure to help guide it towards calmer waters?

What exactly did he do to help? I know personally well Platy is an incredible and talented N-Day player so there's definitely more to talk about on this point then is currently written.

And so on and so on.

I believe if I counted my characters correctly that there's still plenty of room here to expand details wise on a lot of these clauses to help properly paint the picture of how epic Platy is.

Tbf, most commendations are a laundry list hidden under better narrativization. That's admittedly not my strong suit currently. As for "dozens of nations", perhaps with respect to individual items, but few of them all at once like Platy has. And for those few, they should likely also be commended if their efforts leads to the success CK has had.

It's pretty significant that Platy was part of one of the largest mass stronghold-frontier-stronghold conversions in history, when the Augustin Alliance transferred entirely to Emiline's authority from August's without a hitch. It was in large part Platy's relationship building skills and his dedication to the Augustin Alliance which enabled this to occur in Conch Kingdom. Also, running endorsement campaigns regularly isn't easy. Even large regions like feeders struggle with it or often have to employ large staffs to keep things running, it's Platy's dedication (as one person) to doing so every week that makes this special.

Conch Kingdom has an elected FA, and Platy served largely uncontested in that role even as various CK administrations rose & fell. He's the longest-serving FA minister in CK's history, and has had the most singular influence over its foreign policy direction. In light of that, his commitment to writing a treaty with The League is especially relevant given the AA's past struggles with them (which he first came to power as Minister during). To me, that speaks to his good nature and ability to work across the aisle with anyone in this game so long as they approach things from a place of good will. That being said, I had hoped to leave mention of those struggles out of this resolution given its otherwise positive tone. To me, the list of embassies represents his good character as a diplomat.

Support, but I would like to comment that the resolution reads like a laundry list, with 4 list clauses in a row. I ran you through a character counter, and it gave me 2800, which gives you a lot of room to flesh those out into separate clauses, making it look a bit less listy, and adding some more examples and details.

For example (and you could probably do this to most of the bullet points), the N-Day clause. Which N-Day's did AA win on? Was Socialist Platypus part of a specific command council? You have room to add those details and I feel they'd make the resolution better.
