It’s not completely certain if he’ll retire or not, but many signs point towards so.

I think his age is catching up to him now. He's had one hell of a run, but it's certainly coming close to the end.
He's been in the sport for 20 years (excluding 2002, 2019, and 2020) and he's made 5 proper shots at the title (05, 06, 07, 2010, and 2012) so he's no one to be slept on (even though I see a lot of people doing so). I think he'll try his best to stay around for 2026 to see how he likes those cars, but I do not see him staying in the sport past 2027, too old.
But it's not like he's gonna retire at the end of this year or next year, he has a contract to 2026.

unlikely, i think riccardo is finished now in F1. which was long overdue, we could have had pourchaire or someone else instead of danny ric moping around without nothing but past achievements while genuine talent is waiting for an F1 seat. colapinto, pourchaire, drugovich etc should be given a chance in f1 as well instead of drivers who are past their expiration date and arent showing anything like bottas.
(Alonso and hamilton still have it so they can stay)
