A Ociruian Skirmish | CLOSED/IC

[Ociru]

Recently, Ociru has decided their land is much too few. Upon spinning the (non-existent) wheel of who to hit to prove their power, they landed upon Indios Bravos, after tons of spying via scrying and magic means, they are ready for war.

many soldier have been called and are currently teleporting to Indios Bravos with dragons as backup, with their wands, made out of metal and some bark of the ancient tree inside.

[The Indios Bravos]

As the soldiers touch down on the sandy beaches of GLC, they are immediately jumped by the local wildlife. The soldiers in the water are snatched by Jaekelopterus or step on Wixias. Any lucky souls that aren't immediately jumped are hit at Mach 5 by the intense tropical heat, but assuming they aren't too bothered, are instead stuck with either facing the (armed) beach goers, or booking it for the nearby city.
The dragons, though, obviously fare better for like 15 seconds. Immediately, the citizens take up their pistols, assault rifles, hunting rifles, and other arms and direct their fire onto the invading task force. Incoming police units, armed on par with the military, also show up with AA units and light up the dragons.

[Ociru]

The soldier quickly withdraw their wands, trying to get their friends back.

Most of the soldier quickly rush onto the land and onto dragons. The bullets hit off the dragon's armour, accidentally hitting a few people on the beach. Some of the younger dragons reach down to try and eat the Jaekeolopterus.

The dragons quickly rush back in the sea and take a running start to fly above the GLC with about 40 soldiers on their backs each.

(GLC is just an acronym for "General Lampin City", the capital btw)
The beach is being evacuated, although both law enforcement and civilians continue to fire at the invaders. As the dragons take flight, the bay's middle defences lock on and fire at the dragons. Simultaneously, modernized flak guns also join in on the fight. The Jaeks are unfortunately no match for the dragons. Turns out flying murder machine beats sea scorpion.
As the situation somewhat deteriorates, the military comes in with better arms. Fire is concentrated on the invaders on the ground, while depleted uranium rounds rip through the dragons.

Many dragons finally land, the soldiers run through the city and grab their wands.

The dragons are instructed to burn down everything and eat police officers, with dragon puppeteers on their backs, with a weak body control spell in case anything went wrong.

The soldiers rush to hiding spots and to citizens, firing fireballs and ruining as many buildings as possible, another unit of soldiers run into buildings and try to kidnap children to put on the backs of non-militia dragons to take home and train to be food for the people of Ociru.

Some other soldiers, mostly the decorative ones, storm through the town singing the Ociruian anthem alongside threats whilst waving their flags with glowing, purple amulets.

Aided by both law enforcement and the military, the civilians take up arms and turn GLC into a mire for the invaders. Molotovs are tossed out of windows, people gun down enemies from rooftops, not to mention raptors coming in and snatching enemy soldiers into alleyways.

Mechanized units exit their barracks and pelt the enemy dragons with depleted uranium 30mm rounds. When the children are attempted to be kidnapped, turns out they have guns too. Of course, no 5.56 rounds like mommy and daddy, but they can still hold their own against the enemy soldiers.

The decorative soldiers are also swept off the streets with machine gun fire.

The rest of the soldiers were taken to medical, but one particularly calm one was taken back to SBARO headquarters. The idea was that he could be studied in some way to develop strategies.

Out on the water, five Type 2 Expeditionary fleets took to the water and started sailing towards Ociru.

Half of the soldiers had lethal injections and were dead on their beds. The others were much more feisty, trying to break free from their cuffs. One of them eventually succeeded only for the surgeon to put a .45 in his head. The remainders were deemed lost causes and were also executed.

As for the fleets, they were unaware and sent aircraft out to scout the coastline, only for the fighters to crash into the barrier. RHIBs tried to go in, but either crashed or bumped into the dome.

Another gust of cold wind exits the bodies of the executed and starts filling up the room again. Trying to get inside all of the doctors too.

Meanwhile, the calm one's Ociruian mind controllers look at each other, realises one of them can go out and infect one.
"Lemara! Get outta here!"
"Why me?"
"You're the submissive one."
"Fine."

And with that, Lemara exited the calm soldier through his breath and enters another one's mind, doing the exact same thing.

The bossy one tries her hardest to remove memories of the Indios Bravos form the mind of the calm one, and Lemara... just did Lemara. Made up some memories, removed some, and made a skin a little darker than she was going for.
