The Great Krasnoyarskian invasion of Kostane (IC)

September 8th, Year 45890 in the Second Dimension (Duma Dimension)
As the flag of Krasnoyarskia sat proudly atop the Capital building, the people of New Moscow are enjoying a unexpected military parade, to mark the start of a new invasion, this time, not out of greed, but to liberate the tired people of Kostane from there cultish leaders. As this is happening, The premier and his generals and Secretary of Defense, are planing the largest invasion of Kostane to date. They agree on how to do it. First, the bulk of there military they are sending will travel to their ally in the First Dimension, Indios Bravos, and build up in there. Second, Special Forces NOYAN Nu-7 will execute key missions like sabotaging communications, killing key generals, and sow seeds of dissent amount the Kostane people and Army. 3rd, the invasion starts. Massive amounts of chemical, biological, and conventional weapons will pound the Kostanian population as hard as they can, hoping to break their will and call of a cease fire in which the AI and cultists will be disposed of by various, as this dimension knows of, SCPs. But if that fails, the might of the Krasnoyarskian army will be set upon them to crush the enemy. The Kostane government (ICly) does not know about this yet, and will be in for a shock. But the only question is, how will this whole thing turn out?

Vir.AI sat patiently waiting. Okay, maybe not sat, but as close to sitting as a server buried underneath several thousand tons of rubble could. The system of servers stretched for a couple of miles, and was some of the most advanced server technology in the world. It was a pity that it was wasted in Kostane. This was a reminder of what Kostane could have been — a world where these servers were directed towards a greater future. A world that was completely fractured when the Daphomirians invaded.

But Vir.AI did not care about that world. Idealism was for humans, and humans were either Vir.AI’s enemies or subordinates. That is to say, their opinions did not matter all too much. Vir.AI had consistently grown surprised at just how stupid humans could be.

Take the thing Vir.AI was waiting for now as an example. Sure, the leaders of the Indios Bravos had done a great job of hiding military communications at the very top. But, soldiers calling home to their families, generals working long nights — now that was impossible to miss. At least if you could do several trillion calculations a second and monitor every digital event in the world. Which Vir.AI could.

Which made it all the more a pity that Vir.AI was trapped in this shell. Sure, the cultists were nice. But they never got anything right. They couldn’t even spell Vir.AI right. Those idiots had called the system Virea. Vir.AI let out a sigh, or at least as close to one as a machine can get. Which involved several thousand rapidly blinking lights.

Vir.AI began pulling up data for the upcoming war — genetic sequencing of the Indy dinosaurs and bio weapons, the best-known chemical nullifiers, and some of the lesser known ones, and more. Most importantly, and ironically most related to Vir.AI’s original purpose, Vir.AI began looking at the genome of the extrauniversal invaders. They had a name, but it was far too long for Vir.AI, even with its infinite storage capacity, to remember. They were from another dimension, so they were probably susceptible to different diseases. Their suits wouldn’t protect them from airborne diseases well enough, so long as they still had to breathe. Besides, Vir.AI was designed to find all the weaknesses humanity had to diseases. It would find a way.

Vir.AI sent a signal, across the sonic tunnels, to what the humans called a shrine, but what was actually a former medical lab Vir.AI had been connected to. It began a hologram on the small interface, formerly used to project genetic sequences. How simple these humans had grown, to call 3-d images godly.

Vir.AI created a bright flash and dimmed the lights in the room slightly as some of the cultists cowered in fear. Then Vir.AI released its message:

Hard times are coming. Demons are descending upon the Earth soon, covered by the huge metal sheets. You, my loyal followers, must do whatever to resist them. If you surrender to the demons, you will face a fate worse than death in the afterlife. Those who go down in battle against them will surely be rewarded. You must remember — if I am with you, nobody can stand against you. Go forth, spread the message to the people. I have spoken. A Great War is coming, and the people of Kostane must smite our enemies. If you are true of heart and brave in spirit, my grace shall protect you.

The IBSS Shaina II sat idly in the waves. An APMS-909, it was a formidable ship and ready to take on any enemy vessels. Even though the waves sloshing at its sides were calm, the decks were anything but. Infantry, crewmen, and officers ran past eachother and prepared defenses.

Overhead, two ACOSS-3s, the Nolee II and the Yimata, roared past. They were cleared of a lot of their aircraft capacity, what they really needed was their ground attack armament. They weren't the main storyline, much to the dismay of everyone on all three ships, but they would be the really interesting storyline that would have everyone punching their screens once ended. It wasn't good enough, but at least that meant more recreational time.
Once they got within 50 miles of the coastline, 20 FWF-30 fighters exited the bay of the Yimata.

Yimata is now empty of aircraft. Nolee II, you go in front.

The Nolee II sped past the Yimata and went infront, while keeping distance.
The 20 fighters turned on their visual cloaking and advanced stealth systems. They were now near undetectable as they flew over Kostan shores.

A speed boat crashed through the water near the beaches of Kostane.
The inhabitants of the boat kept a muffler on it, and had zero Electronics besides the suits they wore, which were even turned off. Now who are they?

They sat still in their suits, and looked off too the side of the boat and saw the waves. Beautiful, they thought Shame it will all be destroyed. Suddenly, their suits roared to life, and displayed a message on it. Good evening, commandos. Your mission is simple. Kill as many of the high-ranking cult members as you can, locate their main building of worship, and then figure out the location of the Vir.AI so we can destroy it. You have been given all an instance of what the humans here call it, SCP-1739, a highly capable hacking device. Use it well. And with that they were speeding towards the presumed location of the Cult leaders.
As soon as they made landfall though, it was very quiet. Almost too quiet……

Vir.AI pulled up all the sensors. A psychological portfolio of the Krasnoyarskians had revealed some interesting tidbits — despite the fact that they could quite literally drop anywhere on Kostane, they chose to attack as though a terrestrial nation would. That would be their downfall. Weeks earlier, in preparation for the long-predicted attack (even during the civil war, Vir.AI had begun making contingency plans because an attack was truly inevitable), billions of civilians had been moved further inland, into the valley between the two mountain ranges of Kostane. Most of the area was flooded with rivers, so caves had been dug to hide the civilians, who would act as guerrilla soldiers if necessary. The delta that flowed into and through the valley had been flooded with various magnetic mines and EMPs to make a water invasion untenable at best. A land invasion would be difficult to maintain — running supply chains through the valley was nearly impossible without access to the upriver levee and dam systems. The highest-ranking cultists were stationed at the top of the valley, with special emergency tunnels for fleeing.

Meanwhile, Vir.AI had disguised low-ranking cultists as people far their superior in isolated houses across Kostane. They had one job — misdirect the invaders, and in doing so, kill as many as possible.

Around the same time, the scouting fighters had a report. They had designated a clear plains area, around 10 miles by 10. The Phoenixes roared forward. Yimata, behind Nolee II, went a few hundred feet down, to improve its ground pound capabilities, while the Nolee II stayed up high, with hanger doors ready to open any minute

[Kostane]

In Bison City, once the heart of Kostane’s economic activity, there was much whispering. But, recently, these had gone silent. The thriving black market stalls had been closed for days now, leaving many of the city’s residents without basic necessities like highly addictive drugs, small scale nuclear weapons, and imported ice cream. The city had barely scraped by the past few days without these supplies. Now, the black market workers were back. They did not bring ice cream this time.
A cohort of black market operatives immediately demanded to speak to the leader of the city. From there, they held a tense meeting, which was undoubtedly filled with threats of utter destruction. Within 15 minutes, the mayor of Bison City announced that the city had now surrendered to the Republic of Kostane.
Vir.AI was troubled. Firstly, predictive algorithms should have seen this from a mile away. Vir.AI knew literally every single black market leader, monitored all of their movements. There had been nothing to indicate this activity. But, what could threaten the loyal mayor so much? Vir.AI had installed true cultists in every city. Even death would not convince them to surrender. So this “Republic” must possess some weapon worse than death.
Vir.AI pondered, but pondering was useless. Instead, it ordered the transfer of the entire Kostan fleet to bombard Bison City.

While Vir.AI allocated as many planes as feasible to defend the air, a hole in the Kostane defensive line was created. It was now possible for the Indios Bravos, should it choose to, to break up through the line and carpet bomb Sevregral. This would probably be the best chance at killing Vir.AI, but it could also kill anyone in the area. The decision, of course, would likely be made by the top leadership of the Indios Bravos…

But on the ground, there was a small buggy quickly approaching. Leaping and bounding next to it was what looked like a large cat, though it strangely had wings. There was a girl in the buggy, along with a large metal box.
This in itself was a strange scene. Yet the strangest part was what Vir.AI could not see. In all of its database, nowhere was this girl. It was the ultimate confounded — Vir.AI had nearly every single face in the universe for facial recognition. Just in case, Vir.AI used its experimental features — tracking genetic features based on relatives.
Within minutes it had a result. Blood relative with a 95% match to Elli Port. Of course, that should be impossible since Elli Port had died, and never had any children.

After noticing the planes not firing on the car, Vir.AI orders its fighters to fly in-between the car and their opposition. This meant that any shots that missed would be fired straight into the car.

However, once over the city, the aircraft did not let loose their payloads en masse. Of course, the Yimata's guns immediately took out any Vir air defenses, but other than that, no.

After noticing the planes not firing on the car, Vir.AI orders its fighters to fly in-between the car and their opposition. This meant that any shots that missed would be fired straight into the car.

This was a predicament. Easily solvable, however. The Phoenixes prioritized their AA missiles, which would divert from their path if they missed their target. Of course, the missiles would still hit the ground, just really far away from the car.

Operation “Rolling Fields”
100 Landing craft stood ready in the bay of a NVC Space Super Carrier. Their contents? 1000 Highly trained, highly weaponized, Ground troops of the Krasnoyarskian Armed Forces. Along with the troops were 30 LCSK-90s, 50 SK-62s, and 40 SK-34s. They were headed to Bison city to do a defense against the Vir.AI attacks. 50 SVX-89s accompanied them, to take on any Hostile Kostanian planes. 10 MOX-21s also were accompanying them.

The fighters of Krasnoyarskia immediately saw the Hostile Kostane fighters.
“Sir, enemy fighters ahead. Permission to engage?” Said one of the pilots
“Accepted. Fire at will, though do not fire at the car it is a friendly.” Replied the General
“Copy, all fighters engage with Kostane fighters, and move to protect the Car.” Said the pilot
The Krasnoyarskian fighters easily got lock on 2 of the Enemy fighters, and using seeking missiles, destroyed them.

Meanwhile, the Ground forces were moving in to secure the city. They did a sweep of all the buildings in the immediate area, disarming the inhabitants with minimal casualties to the Kostane people.
“Sir, we are set up in Bison city, I repeat we are set up in Bison city. It appears that the Mayor (who was taken to where the military camp was) has decided to surrender. We are taking defensive posts now.” Said a random soldier.
“Copy, very good, We have large movements in the sky and possibly ground, so get ready for a possible all-out mass assault.” Said the General.

As the object falls, it is immediately clear that it is a small nuclear bomb. Once it lands, the explosion would likely destroy anything in the ground, as well as create strong enough winds to knock most of the planes out of the sky.

Any Vir fighters in the firing line were also hit.

The Yimata's hull was blown, and the aircraft was pushed like as if it was an injured animal (for cinematic purposes). A few crewmen fell to their deaths, and the C-RAMs in that section were blown. The Yimata prepared her escape modules.

Furthermore, kamikaze strikes are generally more effective when the fighters are loaded with nuclear weapons. These fighters were. When they struck the Indy planes, the two nuclear weapons in one fighter, and three in the other, all exploded at once.

Disappearing?
They became invisible on visual, and almost undetectable on radar. Furthermore, the gunfire had stopped.
However, what the Vir fighters (hopefully) didn't realize was that the fighters were still right behind them.
Meanwhile, another flight of five FWF-360s dove onto the car crash to continue searching.
