well this actually interesting because the cross in my flag would be pointing down and we all know that is supposedly the sign of the devil but an upside down cross is actually the cross of St. Peter who thought he was not worthy to be crucified in the same manner Jesus was so he wanted to go upside down, therefore officially an upside down flag could mean a sign of martyrdom, but some Wacky Satanists could make it sign of disrespect towards the nation so the government does not recommend it as well as it would not be theologically accurate because and Orthodox Cross was not the same as the Latin cross St. Peter was crucified on.
