Comrades and Allies of the Federal People's Republic of Balkania,

We are proud to proclaim the inauguration of the Embassy Program for the Federal People's Republic of Balkania, a monumental initiative aimed at solidifying our international solidarity and advancing the cause of proletarian unity worldwide.

About the Program

This initiative is dedicated to establishing and nurturing our diplomatic missions across the globe, spreading the values of socialism, equality, and workers' solidarity. Our embassies will act as beacons of our collective spirit, bridging the gap between Balkania and our international comrades, and fostering an era of cooperation and mutual aid.

Objectives of the initiative include, but are not limited to:

• Strengthening Diplomatic Ties - Fortify our bonds with other socialist and progressive nations, as well as forge new alliances with like-minded movements;

• Economic Solidarity - Promote equitable trade, cooperative economic ventures, and mutual development;

• Cultural Exchange - Share the rich, revolutionary culture of Balkania and cultivate an international culture of resistance and solidarity and learn new cultures of fellow progressive nations;

• Support for Citizens Abroad - Provide robust consular services to support Balkanian citizens and comrades abroad and in their international endeavors;

• Educational Collaboration - Foster international academic partnerships and proletarian education programs.

• Establishment of New Embassies - Opening new embassies in strategic locations to further our internationalist objectives;

• Cultural Events - Organizing cultural and revolutionary events, exhibitions, and workshops that promote our socialist heritage;

• Trade Missions - Facilitating equitable trade and investment opportunities to advance our collective economic interests;

• Consular Services - Enhancing support for our citizens abroad with modern facilities and accessible services.

Obligations

To ensure the effective and principled operation of embassies, the following obligations are established:

I - Staffing Limitations

• Diplomatic Staff - A maximum of 20 personnel;

• Security Staff - A maximum of 15 personnel;

• Service Staff - A maximum of 25 personnel.

II - 8 security personnel
III - 4 service personnel
With the security being composed of Dasi Dasi hired security.

• Prohibited Items: To ensure the peaceful nature of our cooperation, please ensure that no military-grade weapons, explosives, military vehicles, illegal drugs, or aircraft are stationed at or associated with the embassy premises or the delegating convoy
