Sent telegram shows API information

I was looking in the sent telegrams folder of my other nation, Lands of Ann, when I clicked on the second one down, it shows info that wouldn't be relevant outside of the API for telegrams.

If you need the tgid, techies, it's visible in the image: [30420703].

All of my previously sent mass telegrams show the API information as well, even the template ones. I assume this was caused by the server outage.

It's a side effect of the site repair effort. Won't affect your use of the templates for non-API purposes.
