Maps error

I can't seem to load a new map for my region, is it because of the outage? I load in the image but nothing shows up in the Map Editor, and when I hit Update Map Version it just tells me there's an error and the old site layout.

Maps, polls, wonders, and cards are all missing data according to the News announcement.
