The Creepy Thread

Hello. It's me. The person who's never been seen over here. I just wanted to make a horror-related discussion thread over here, since I didn't really see any. The only one I saw was locked by the mods. So here's another one. Discuss about any creepy sightings, horror incidents and stories, and other things related to scary stuff. The only rule is that only post posts related to horror, atleast the slightest bit.

Please post EVERY horror story you have on yourself. I would love to see them. You can also do discussions here, just make them related to horror stuff. I did want to share a horror story with the forum people, but I forgot about it during I was scrolling through TET. I will make sure to share it if I remember though. Anyways, bye for now.

The rent is too damn high!

This may or may not be classified as scary, but to me it was absolutely scary and creepy at the time. In early April of 2020, while living in AR, in a small podunk town, my husband made the decision to buy a rifle. Merely a .22LR. We drove to Bass Pro, where he proceeded to check the firearms. The scary and creepy thing was not him buying a weapon, but rather the amount of people at the gun counter, buying and testing rifles, revolvers, guns, AR15s, you name it. There at the very least 30 people there, doing the same thing. I felt like I was trapped in total dystopia. Surreal.

The pandemic days were crazy.

As a small child I was once briefly in the same train station as Jimmy Saville. Fortunately my Nan - who was well aware the danger posed, as she was a big Sex Pistols fan - got all of us kids quickly out of the danger zone. God knows what would have happened has she not been so quick thinking and decisive that day; the mind boggles at the scale of tragedy avoided.

Moral of the Story: Listen to John Lyndon, he is a wise and kind man.

One time, I stepped outside and saw three bright, mysterious lights moving in formation during the night. After a while, they disappeared without a trace. Yes, they were right above an airport, but they were totes alien spaceships hovering above Earth to examine some human poop chutes. I could have been probed hard that night were I not wearing my trusty tin foil hat.

Yes, they formed a triangle, as opposed to other two dimensional shapes with three vertices

If you stay on NS long enough you'll begin to get familiar with the rhythm of topics, the user personalities, and eventually you'll begin to pick up on the strange stuff. Who are the posers, the stalkers, undercover, and so forth. I remember my early days here and one person commenting on a cult that had infiltrated NS... To clarify, this was way before the NeoCon hoards of circa 2010.
