Well aware of the unfortunate irony of this proposal,

Groaning at the state of the Realm of the Whispering Winds, which has been seized by invaders in the waning of the repeal of the region's previous liberation, and now subject to indefinite occupation due to a regional barrier brought out of dormancy by the vote's conclusion,

Believing it is necessary to pass a new liberation post-haste to minimize the amount of time the region is trapped behind invader walls, and to allow defender siege efforts to resume,

Maintaining optimism that the region can be saved from permanent destruction, and that the native community will be able to rebuild and secure themselves in the aftermath of this torment,

Hereby, once again, liberates Realm of the Whispering Winds.

A Condemnation of DEN was repealed by Nohbdy, aka We Are Not The NSA, on January 26th 2016; this was SC#191. A new Condemnation, SC#192, was passed by an otherwise-unknown player called A Million Dollars on March 21st; many people voted for it because they thought it was Nohbdy's version. DEN was mod-deleted on April 2nd and the Condemnation was stricken by Nohbdy again six months later, via SC#206.

Commend Europeia was swapped by SCs#412-413, although this was a pre-planned TNP operation.

Had Defender leadership showed even a minimum of competence or even genuine idealism, this would not be necessary - you abandoned the natives, pretty blatantly judging by their comments, and now you're passing a Liberation out of vanity moreso than concern.

If defenders had given a shit, checked for the PW, and/or not been overconfident in their ability to lib it, they might have bothered to spend the 24 hour window available to them on "actually flipping the vote on the last one."

Or, y'know, piling it in the first place while the global eye was on it. Like Jo posted about Natives asking for, and being ignored over.

Once again, the World Assembly is asked to spend its time and attention cleaning up after the abject failings of the defender faction - in this case, one where everyone from the natives to TNP and XKI questioned the lack of follow-through by the faction, and yet no one actually acted to remedy the vulnerabilities being created, in any way other than returning to the Security Council to beg for another Get Out of Jail Free card for their negligence.

Not to feed into any agenda posting or anything, but just looking at the region at a glance before the raid happened while the repeal was at vote, it felt exceedingly obvious this was going to happen. The groaning in this resolution mirrors my own at the continued incompetence of the current leadership of defenderdom. Please, for the sake of those you've sworn to protect, step up your game. When a region is going to pursue a repeal of a liberation like this, the obvious next step is ensuring they have ample protection. Your endless forum posturing about defeating the raider menace means nothing to the people you're meant to protect when you fail to back it up time and time again.

Voted for, but the defenders need to step it up more and hold onto it and ensure the natives have full control or else the raiders, being the opportunistic hunters they are, will swoop in like a hawk and seize power once again.

I think that the Security Council is more of a place of refuge for defenders than the second part of the World Assembly
