The maximum staffing for each embassy is at 75 people, with 25 people for diplomacy, another 25 for security, and 25 more for any extra personnel that may be deemed required. No weaponry will be used that is not a type of rifle or other low-capacity melee-weapons. Ranged weapons are not allowed. Only 2 weapons per security member, with one of them as backup.
Every branch will get two cars, and one for the Ambassador resulting in no more than 7 cars, if you are stopping at a spaceport, the spaceship must not possess any missiles or weapons of mass-destruction, it must only be guarded by 7 security personnel, and it should only stop at one of our three spaceports that allow it to do: Terrestrial, Martian, and Jovian. Your spaceship also shall not travel at a speed greater than 2,000 miles per second.
If your staffing cannot fit within these limits, then please reduce your staffing. You also agree to the ability of the Solar Union or one of its republics to expel your personnel on arbitrary conditions.
Any questions that you have about these terms will be answered by a bureaucrat from the Office of the Embassy in at maximum 1 business day in spacetime.
