1. How they actually preformed as a president
2. How they were as an actual person
LBJ for example, was a good president performance wise, but as a person he was an asshole and kinda pervy
Worst President Performance wise I would say James Buchanan by a long shot
Worst president as a person I would say either Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, or Woodrow Wilson
On the other hand the best president performance wise I would say be FDR or Teddy Rosevelt
Best president as a person would definitely be Jimmy Carter

What about "favorite" president? For example my "favorite" is probably Franklin Pierce because he looks like Johnny Depp and has a hilariously tragic life story.

Seconded.
The worst, in my opinion, was Andrew Johnson. He literally was the first president to be impeached. Close second is Jackson, simply for the fact of the Indian Removal Act.
Although, I don’t know why people are hating on Hoover. He tried, and actually laid the foundations for the New Deal, which FDR took further.
Not in the top ten, but Hoover definitely isn’t the worst.
