The Following limitations Apply:
Staff: The maximum on each type of staff (Diplomatic, Security, and Service) is 20.
Weaponry: No explosives. No Crew-served weapons. No more than 2 lethal firearms, 1 Stun Weapon, and one non-stun melee weapon per Security Guard. Ceremonial Weapons apply to this quota.
Vehicles: Every Set of 5 embassy staff results in 1 additional car being permitted for the embassy, in addition to the Ambassador's vehicle, resulting in a maximum of Ambassador's vehicle + 12 (13 total vehicles). These vehicles may be bulletproofed, but not more heavily armored, and may have no integral or mounted armaments.
Note: The Jugoslav Government may request the peaceful evacuation of specific immune persons from the country, or of the embassy altogether, in the event of serious breaches of acceptable conduct parameters. Per the human dignity baseline act, nations which canonically legalize slavery or human sacrifice are not eligible.
