Under the guiding principles of friendship, harmony, and the ideals of free speech, the Deserenscha Program under the labor of the Deserenscha Networking Union aims to establish an online realm that fosters connections and individuals with the aim of pulling the world much closer and removing boundaries.
Under the vision, the Deserenscha Networking Union shall give the people the necessary tools to create, share, and post their events or status to build connectivity, in order to enable communities. In doing so, the Union recognizes the ideals of free speech and decency, as well as the principles necessary to foster relationships.
The Deserenscha is a Janpian social networking service launched back on February 3 in the 45th year of the 5th era, made as a personal project by two programming students, Tyurevsk Patrusch and Straschina Iyuv. They used the term "Deserenscha," which directly means "messenger" or "herald" in Janpian, with the root word "Desere," meaning "to communicate" or "to message".
Back in its early years, the Desrenscha website used to borrow servers from the Hyusch IT Union, and the website was only available to users within the Janpian domain. At that time, the Anagonian Gatornet used to be the most popular telecommunications program in Janpia, which rivals another foreign company from Nifon, the Setsuzoku. However, due to Deserenscha's localization, accessibility, and much laxer rules, many of the Janpian netizens began using the program as an alternative, which in turn increased its popularity. With the increasing demand and labor offers, the Desrenscha website finally got a proper office to work with, as well as its own server granted by the Ministry of Economy and Trade, making the website independent from Hyusch IT Union.
On the 1st of August, 46th year of the 5th era, the Deserenscha has reached a milestone with over 20 workers maintaining and coding the site, making it a necessity to register as a labor union, and establish their own Worker's Council to represent them to the Union of Party Members Committee. At this point, the Deserenscha has amassed a total of 251 million active daily users per day, accounting for up to a whopping 32% of the Janpian population. This number continues to increase inside the Janpian domain to this day, with more signing in to create their accounts to Deserenscha.
As part of Marshal Natya's Petoschki Economic Reforms and Policies, the Deserenscha began opening its website abroad and beyond the Janpian internet, still sticking with its guiding principles as it expand its goals to connect and establish individual relations across the globe.

Warnings or account restrictions would be enforced if the rules are not observed. - Profile Pictures must have a maximum size of 100x100 only. Please refer to this site if you wish to resize your profile picture, or use our default profile pictures instead.
- Multiple unsolicited messages (spamming) are prohibited. This would be checked on a case-by-case basis.
- Pornography in both graphic or written form is not allowed.
- Images on the post area is allowed, so long as the design codes aren't tampered or altered.
- Unauthorized publishing or searching for government or private information is not allowed.
- Threats, hate speech, and graphic violence would not be tolerated.
- Observe proper internet ettiquetes based on respect and tolerance.
- Status has a maximum of 20 letters.
- Post has a maximum of 1000 letters and 3 images.
- Usernames are permanent and can only contain any characters except spaces. You may use an underscore as an alternative.
- Posting as anonymous on a separate nickname is allowed. However, the main or relating accounts would be held accountable to the rules
- Verification marks would only be available for politicians, celebrities, site moderators, important figures, or any users with more than 20 million followers. If you pass these requirements, you may request the moderators to check your account and determine if it deserves a verification mark.
