HISTORY

Originally based in Ardsk under the SookCorp Corporation along with Hill and Valley Airline before being acquired from Krowian transportation corporation based, Torano Transportation, who would absorb Hill and Valley into Global Republic Air where they remain autonomy. Tiger Pacific Air would be absorbed into Jetlinx, while also remaining autonomy similar to Hill and Valley Air with both airlines resuming their respective airline schedules.

CULTURE

As a small low-cost airline, Tiger Pacific Air excels in low cost, high productivity of high-quality service, great hospitality, and family friendly care environment for both family and pets. The airline put more into less with less turnaround productivity. When you travel with Tiger Pacific Air, you know you will have a great time.

Class and Services

Because of the low-cost, low thrill structure Tiger Pacific Air has only two classes, Economic and Business classes, with both having access to the snack and drink concession.

Economy class
This class is the cheapest and popular option of the two options for travelers who want to save money and enjoy basic amenities. With this class, the seats are at a pitch of 30 inches and a width of 20 inches with a basic feature such as a 7-inch touchscreen and an USB port. Because of the limited space, passengers are mandated to one carry-on bag and one inspected bag that weight is limited to 15 kg each with additional bad costing a fee.

Business Class
This class is the exclusive option for business travelers, as they receive more comfort and more conveniences compared to their economical counterpart such as priority check-in, boarding, baggage handling to a limited extent, and access to several limited lounges. Compared to the seats of the Economical, the Business Class seats measures at 40 inches by 20 inches while their personal entertainment system screen being 10 inches, two USB outlets, and a power outlet. Travelers are allowed three carry-on bags and one checked bag of up to 50kg each.

AMENITIES AND FEATURES

Due to being a low-cost airlines, Tiger Pacific Air has forgo Non-essential features to reduce on cost, upkeep, and quicker turnaround flights.

No luxurious seats

Because of the low margin, but high productivity of the airline, Tiger Pacific Air aircrafts do not have any spacious seating or premium compare to other airlines because the additional cost to add the seats would be pass down to the customers and travelers. All seats are at standard size and afford enough room for leg space and thin suitcase with wheels.

As the standard airline operate from gates costing thousands or more, Tiger Pacific Air travelers all board the aircrafts on the tarmac where they save money and therefore keep the price stable and affordable. All boarding flights have movable canopy to keep travelers protected from the elements, especially during the winter.

Rapid flight turnaround

Because of the low budget operations and high performance and a limited luggage hold, the airline maintains an ideal arrival and departure schedule due to the hold never being used unless corpse or animal's pets are on the schedule. As the planes are ordered or rebuilt to the airline's specifications, this result in quicker maintenance repair and also a high turnaround.

As the world is connect digitally, customers will be able to book their flight whether its by cash, debit card, or through their corporate employer through package booking, which in turn keep the airplane funded and operational. Because of this, all customers will have the option to sign up for the Admiral Air Star Caliber loyalty program where the customers can earn special perks such as discounted or free flights, “Caliber Lounge”, upgrade to business or first class, and many more.

Because of the luggage hold being limited compared to other airlines, a rapid turnaround time is often cited as the best feature about Tiger Pacific Air. Should a passenger require additional luggage they will be charge based on the number of luggage divided by two and receive no refund should they lose their luggage.

Partial refund

As the airline is a no thrill airline, the prices stay low, but also requires the travelers to arrive one hour before the flight or face missing their flight. Should a traveler need to cancel their pre-arranged flight, they can only do so through the online app or site to receive a full refund. If this step is not followed, they will receive half of the refund.

A slight mistake as I forgot to properly label the plane model, 737-900ER
As the information proved, the maximum seating capacity is 220 passengers, therefore the previous user could of simply TG instead of posting a comment like most user usually do. Therefore, they were wrong in their assumption as I merely forgot a few extra characters.
