What tier would you put AN’s flag in?

The title. Look at AN’s flag and choose a tier to put it in. The tiers are as follows:

S: Magnificent. A true paragon and role model to all NS flags

A+: Brilliant. Excels in most categories and does okay in the rest

A: Great! Among the best, most serious flags on NS, but don’t quite match up to the top, top flags.

B+: Lovely! Already in the top 10%

B: Good! Continue the work, the flag is better than many real life flags!

C: It’s okay, but could do with some tweaks.

D: Meh. Does the job, but has a lot of room for improvement.

F: Bad/terrible. The flag should be redrawn or changed significantly.
