"The legislature welcomes you to the capital building sirs, please follow me into the conference room, a representative is waiting for you." Said the attendant boy.

The 2 leaders gave each other dirty looks, and without speaking went with the boy.

Xaine walked down the hall behind the young man, admiring the portraits on the wall.

Xaine thought to himself, "What am I going to do... the People of Alraq will be furious when the media reports this.. Half a million dead... My military is crushed. And all due to friendly fire..."

Xaine glanced to his side, noticing the other leader. "Scum."

The Supreme Leader felt rage building up inside him. He said to himself "The war's over, Dorchyenko's a smoking ruin, free people are in peace and he gets angry over 130,000 dead. Apparently sacrifice means nothing to him."

[Chezchopoland]

The Chezchopolish representative stood up and shook the hands of both leaders. "Welcome to my homeland, I hope you have enjoyed your visit so far, please, have a seat" he said in a thickly accented voice.

The 2 sat down on different sides of the table. "Now" the rep said "I want to here both sides of the story, alraq, you go first, what is the damage report, I want to know the severity of your situation"

"I only have 8 million in my nation. 800,000 of that is in the military, thanks to the draft. I had ALL my military in enemy territory. Only 369,184 made it to a safe bunker. that means 430,816 men died, honorably. I've lost 82704 jeeps, about 10000 tanks, 148 air planes, and 27 helicopters. Billions of Aaabs... ((dollars in my country)) The People of my nation do not know yet, thankfully. The families will be horrified. I know it stopped the war, but millions of innocents died, and almost half a million of my men died from friendly fire."

Xaine burried his head in his hands in shame...

The Supreme Leader sunk in his chair.
"Well, is there anything possible to do now? I could wire the equivalent of 500 billion aaabs for military cost, or to transfer some troop battalions, or to give the equivalent of 100,000 aaabs to each family that has lost a soldier, or..."
The Leader looked down.
"And yes, I should have told the leader of the Alraqian force to get out of the area but I had no time. The Dorchyenkoans were trying to get their troops out of the city too, so I had to act fast."

"Well..." Xaine started.

The Supreme Leader sunk in his chair.
"Well, is there anything possible to do now? I could wire the equivalent of 500 billion aaabs for military cost, or to transfer some troop battalions, or to give the equivalent of 100,000 aaabs to each family that has lost a soldier, or..."
The Leader looked down.

Xaine lifted his head and looked at the Supreme Leader.

"I dont' want to demand anything. I'll let a third party decide. I would be too opinionated to say anything. I don't want to be unjust or unfair."

Xaine then put his hand on the shoulder of the sunked leader.

"I don't want to be unfair to an ally."

[Chezchopoland]

"Well then, I thought it wouldcome to this, he pulled out a packet of papers

This is an alliance form, upon signing it, our three nations will be allied, no strings attached, will you accept"

[Alraq (Ancient)]

Xaine looked up.

"On one condition."

[Chezchopoland]

Xaine looked up.

"On one condition."

The rep looked up and asked, "Yes?"

[Thurask]

The Leader rose in his seat.

[Chezchopoland]

Yes?

[Alraq (Ancient)]

"I want one of those 'Tsar Bombas'. That's one helluva weapon."

Xaine looked at the Supreme Leader as he said this.

[Thurask]

A smile came to the Supreme Leader's face. He took a notepad out of his pocket and scribbled furiously on it.
"This is the agreement to three AN602 'Tsar Bomba' hydrogen bombs. The plans are freely reproducible for Alraq. As a form of reparation it comes with 25,000,000,000 aaabs, as well. Just sign at the bottom."

[Chezchopoland]

The rep smiled and signed the alliance document

"Sign here gentlemen, and our three nations can join hands and be at peace"

[Thurask]

"Let this be the foundation of a lasting alliance."
The Leader put his pen on the document. A short scrawl later, and it was signed.

[Chezchopoland]

"Congratulations Thurask may the alliance live on!" now sign here alraq

Xaine pulled out his pen from his pocket, a stainless steel pen, and signed the paper.

"Thank you." He then turned to the leader from Chezchopoland. "And sign here?"

With a nod from the representative from Chezchopoland Xaine signed the paper, forming the alliance.
