The InterCOM (Inter-Continental Military-alliance) is the entity manifesting the Treaty of Athens within a orginisation. Its aim is to unite diffirent nations and foster understanding, cooperation, and a commen defense innitiative amongs them, aiming to archieve this through a commen goal. The InterCOMs fundamental idea lays on the exspansion of its influence for the well-being and prosparity of its member nations, to enrich them in their economies and cultures. Among to that the InterCOMs goal is to contain and level the influence of certain international orginisation, and protect its member states from them. While exspanding its political and economical is one of the InterCOMs key goals, the protection of its member nations and the alliances self-interest will always be its first priority.

The headquarter of the InterCOM is a remarkable and imposing structure nestled within the breathtaking Swiss Alps, surrounded by a vast expanse of snow-capped mountains. The complex is strategically located in this picturesque setting, ensuring both natural beauty and enhanced security for its operations. The facility is a testament to the alliance's commitment to safeguarding its members and promoting collective security.

The above-ground portion of the headquarters occupies approximately 20% of the entire complex, serving as a visible symbol of the alliance's presence. Its modern architectural design seamlessly blends with the surrounding mountainous landscape, reflecting both functionality and aesthetics. One of the notable features of the above-ground section is the resort-like atmosphere it exudes. It offers a range of entertainment sites and amenities designed to cater to the diverse needs of the compound's population. Here, individuals can indulge in leisure activities, unwind at luxury spas, or partake in exhilarating snow sports such as snowboarding and skiing. The snowy landscape surrounding the compound provides the perfect backdrop for thrilling outdoor adventures.



However, the true magnitude of the InterCOM headquarters lies beneath the surface. Beneath the visible structure lies an extensive underground bunker facility, spanning an expansive area within the surrounding mountains. This subterranean marvel houses the heart of the alliance's operations, including command centers, communication hubs, intelligence units, and logistical support facilities. The underground complex provides unparalleled security and protection against external threats, ensuring uninterrupted operations even in the most challenging circumstances. To facilitate efficient transportation and logistics, the InterCOM headquarters boasts a large airport situated above the ground. This airport serves as a vital link for the alliance, enabling the swift deployment of personnel and equipment when necessary. Connectivity to the outside world is primarily achieved through a single road that connects the headquarters to the wider EFU infrastructure. This road serves as a emergentcy artery for supplies, personnel, and transportation needs. Complementing the road network, the headquarters includes a state-of-the-art railway station, equipped with four individual railroads leading into Italy, France, Germany, and Austria. These rail lines traverse secure underground tunnels constructed with reinforced concrete and incorporate advanced security measures to deter any potential intruders. The InterCOM headquarters, with its remarkable blend of natural beauty, cutting-edge infrastructure, and comprehensive security measures, stands as a symbol of unity, strength, and collective defense. It is a testament to the alliance's unwavering commitment to ensuring the safety and prosperity of its member states, as well as its dedication to promoting stability and peace in the region.


The security of the entire compound at the InterCOM headquarters is of paramount importance, with robust measures in place to ensure its protection. Safeguarding the complex is the responsibility of one EFU special forces battalion and one battalion of the EFU military police force from the northern military district, totaling approximately 3,000 highly trained personnel. These forces are deployed to protect the internal compound, conduct patrols in the surrounding regions, and man the checkpoints at the railway and road entrances, ensuring stringent access control. They also oversee the security of the surrounding mountains, maintaining a vigilant watch against any potential threats. To bolster aerial protection, one of the smaller airfields within the vicinity of the headquarter hosts a squadron of 12 ME-20s and 24 ME-35AA stealth fighter jets. These advanced aircraft are responsible for maintaining a clear and secure airspace in the immediate vicinity of the compound, ready to respond to any airborne threats.

The Resolution:
Dear InterCOM, we have recivied informations about a flood in the nation of Gerrama. Eventhough it does not hold any affiliations to the InterCOM, the floods still carried a large human toll killing thousands and making and uncountable ammount of people homeless destrying their likelyhoods. Thus we suggests that the InterCOM, as a international alliace should be supporting the nation, in its recovery. The idea in mind would be for the InterCOM members to provide a first load of financial and humantarian aid, along to this would be the deployment of InterCOM peacekeeping forces in the nation, to assist the local police in peacekeeping and the recovery of traped people. We would also use this opotunity to forge joint InterCOM relationships with the nation of Gerrama, exspanding influence in the region and maybe even signed multiple deals wich could prood to be beneficial to Gerrama. A regiment sized marine until will also be joining to help the rest of INTERCOM troops in the peacekeeping process."

"Well, that is nice from Puerto Caribe, but deploying combat forces will only serve to increase tension with both the CSL and the Gerramen governmet. Our current policy path of only providing humanitarian aid has brough us into great favor with the population and the government, so we would advise Puerto Caribe to at first contact the Gerramen government and ask for a deployment persmission, we would also like to stress that for obvious reasons any engagements with the Galapagos should be avoided they will not interfere with us if we dont strike first. But all in all im very sadisfied with the InterCOM reaction in this situation, eventhough one of the smallest fraction intervening we through our cooperation and coodination have managed to provide and pledge the most practical aid. While we could work on overal speed, in the name of the EFU i would still Commend all InterCOM members for their participation and support."

Rep. Johana: Alegations, alegations, alegations. Its not the first time that those have been voiced, the issue between the EFU and CSL has a very long history, it recently flamed out again as the CSL members just couldnt handle the EFU withdrawing from the CSL. The reason we did was because of a infighting incident, the CSL was unable to keep their members controlled and then decided it would be a better solution to invade both of their members even the one that just defended itself, as the EFU is not a supporter of this we decided to withraw from the alliace, wich caused the current tensions. Funny enough those accusations have already been voiced before, and we let CSL members enter the EFU and investigate the matter, and guess what nothing came even after the inspectors left right until the EFU decided to leave the CSL, then suddently the slavery was real. This should make it obvious that those claims are just a defimation as the CSL does not accept the EFU going its own path. We also want to stress that the EFU signed a decleration of banning slavery and sanctioned a nation that committed slavery eventhough it is a KTO member. and we publically rewoked the federal right for individuals and cooperations to own slaves. I have honestly no idea what kind of brain damage lead to the assumption the EFU is a nazi or neo nazi country but i dont think this obvious idiocracy needs to be adressed."

We oursleves have already prepared a delegation to take on contact with the government and look what could be negotiated on in return for assitance by the EFU. While to do belive other InterCOM members hould conssider intervening, we do not think its should be forced upon them thus we pre.emtively disgaree with any resolutions on this topic for the time being."
