Your proposal should do something rather than describing what it will do. For example:

  1. Requires member nations to select one day out of every year as Better Health Day, during which member nations must:
    1. designate time off for its denizens to take advantage of Better Health Day education and services
    2. provide denizens with educational materials
    3. provide denizens with the following services:
      1. [Service 1]
      2. [Service 2]
      3. [...]

This is meant to give you an idea of the structure of a proposal rather than to serve as a rewrite, so the contents may not match what you describe in your draft.

I attempted to check if this was ChatGPT generated before I responded, but got mixed feedback from detectors. One detector was sure it was entirely AI generated, another determined it was partially AI generated, but two others did not find it to be AI generated. Because that is a very uncertain result, I didn't share it.

None of this is AI generate or Chat GPT whatever you want to call it, this all came directly from me and legitimate information from past Drafts and current obesity levels within different countries around the world etc, I've always though about creating a draft similar to what I experience, collected and analyzed.

Why does Article 3 only "extend our invitation to renowned musicians, producers, actors, actresses, singers, authors, and numerous other influential individuals?" Athletes are famous individuals in virtually every country worldwide and there is no reason why they should not be part of this laundry list.

Also, why does the current draft look like a much fancier version of your original, which was plagiarised from Star Gazing Day?

What are you talking about, I haven't re-submitted this proposal and If I did the responses came after it was submitted.

Did you not finish reading Article 3 it clearly states, "and numerous other influential individuals to lend their support and contribute to this endeavor. is this not enough.?

I am imploring you to drop this. This resolution is still not near, and, despite revisions, I don't think it will get there.

(And even if it gets there, I don't like the idea of the resolution either).

Oppose for those reasons.

If you continue to bump with no real substantial feedback, I think it suggests that you should drop this proposal.

I think more constructive feedback for this author is to read a few other resolutions to get more of an idea for the standards most people expect in terms of formatting and wording of these documents. That's not to say those ideas are sacrosanct, but I would still strongly encourage using past resolutions as a guide to newer GA authors. It's not as though the proposal, in principle, is a bad area of legislation, but this implementation of it would require a lot of work, and it seems like no one has the spare time to engage with it on that level right now. But that doesn't mean the author can't make some self-directed improvements that could then later make their proposal more accessible to comment on.

Thank you, Overmind, for your response. You and Tinhampton are the only ones who provide a "titled" response. Everyone else above your comment fails to do so. I have examined previous proposals from last month and last week to figure out the difference and what I am missing in my proposal. I have read the rules and all that many months ago, including the starters and all. Many others are trying to persuade me to drop my proposal, but I will not. I will continue to work on it. I came to the General Assembly Forums seeking a decent response, but all I receive is a half-written sentence that doesn't really provide anything, (telling me to give a title response on my updates but never give me any feedback in return, that crazy).

Thank you again.

There are concrete ways to promote reducing obesity and other measures without resorting to a particular "day". I'd focus on concrete ways to promote reducing obesity if you want to run with this topic. GA has an extremely steep learning curve. (So do SC, I just hate writing SC resolutions personally).

There's a general aversion to using a particular "day" as a feature in GA - my limited impression of the GA is that this type of resolutions is unpopular as it's seen as having no "meat" to the resolution - it's too ceremonial in nature and do not contain enough concrete solutions.

The bill does not ban the consumption of meat; instead, the proposals encourage individuals to improve their health by consuming smaller quantities of unhealthy food. However, I will make this clear in the proposal.

I meant meat in the sense that there is no substantial operative clause, not in the literal sense. There's also a substantial aversion to calling something a "day". I would strongly recommend a re-draft. If you want to reduce obesity (which I think is a worthy topic), write about reducing obesity, rather than keep submitting the draft.
