JUSTICE AND ARBITRATION
The International Justice and Arbitration Organization Convention is the event were member states come together to deliberate on the structure of the organization, the purpose of the organization's institutions, elect the initial leaders, confirm the Justice Nominations, and deliberate on the benchmark of international law and for court rulings. The Convention will be headed by the President, and Vice-Chair of the Organization who will be elected at the beginning of the session. This Convention will be especially important as it will decide on the purpose of the institutions that make up the organization, and how justice and peace will be promoted throughout the global community.

ARTICLES OF THE INTERNATIONAL JUSTICE ORGANIZATION AND THE INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE AND ARBITRATION
Articles of Jurisdiction
Article I: The International Court of Justice and Arbitration will have legal jurisdiction in respects to the following in member-states:Article II: The Court shall have enforcement Jurisdiction over the following in regards to Court orders and Court sentences.
- International Incidents
- International Arbitration
- Cases against a Government, both domestic and foreign [In International Capcity]
- Cases against a foreign or translational organization
- Cases against persons in regards to the International Community, including button limited to financial and war crime as well as crimes against humanity
- Cases on International Law and violence thereof
- Cases in which two nations are involved as opposing parties
- Cases which require external mediation and arbitration
- And others which relate to the Mandate, Precedents, and the enforcement of International Law.
Article III: The Court will have Arbitration and Mediation powers if needed or called to intervene in. a situation require mediation.[/u]
Mandates and Enforcement:
- Court Orders, Mandates, and Sentences will be enforced for member states.
- Failure to comply with Article I of Section II will result in consequences in the form of condemnations, issuing of warrants, and possible mandated intervention.
- Mandated intervention can be ordered by the Panel of Justices, provided a majority opinion and a vote by the International Justice Secretariat.
- Article I of Section II can also be invoked on non member-state cases.
Membership:
-Members will enjoy the following rights:-Member States will be required to adhere to Court Orders, Sentences, and Mandates.
- Ability to be represented in the Secretariat.
- Participation in the Enforcement Services and in election of the Panel of Judges.
- Priority in Case hearings for the State itself, and it's citizens and registered legal entities.
-Member States may be needed for military enforcement in the case of major crimes against humanity and warcrimes.
-Oberver and Non-Member States and their citizens and legal, registered entities, can file cases in the Court.
-Oberver States can participate in Court proceedings such as providing lawyers and legal counsel, legal experts, witnesses, and testimonies as well as acting as arbitrators and mediators.[/list]\
Organization:
-The Judicial Secretariat will handle the general administration and management of the organization including secretarial services to the International Judiciary and the Justice Council.
-Members shall exercise their powers such as voting and recommendations in the Justice Council.
-The International Judiciary shall consist of Judicial Contacts, the Panel of Judges, Junior Judges, and Judicial Administrators and Experts.
