That is to say C/Ced nations, issues authors, GA/SC resolution authors, or even moderators. (Apart from the notable cases of Jakker and Kraven)

If you count Unibot, whose commendation was repealed after Unibot II was deleted.
He is currently blacklisted from GP, by the way.

What was Jakker deleted for? I looked up his nation but all I see is that it is "reserved" as an ex-moderator. Was it overturned or something?
