After watching a movie called "Space Conquest", Anarch Ultra Bear decided to make a Space Weapon that can destroy entire planets (even though they already did that), called the Anarch Star. which will now be the capital of The Anarchic States

He preferred a more... discrete approach, with RKVs launched at significant C-fractional speeds to do the trick. Something like... whatever the hell.. this was, was utterly inefficient.

When a big hunk of metal could do the trick, theatrics were worthless.

Update: The Anarch Star has Successfully Blown up Imperiul romanum's Home Planet and we now replaced the planet with iron (somewhat) and started a colony

the destruction of the planet was more than a bell bomb, surprising the AS government
