Trouble changing my leader's name

I'm trying to change the name of my leader to "Alex..." (without the quotation marks) in Settings, but it's not letting me.
Mum, give me zebra meat and then I'll stop puking on your things!

By design, you can’t use punctuation in that field.

You can probably use "Alex dot dot dot" as an alternative name.
