Summary of crime/crimes: During his time as a Commander of the UDF rebel group, when the Kuvandan Civil War was ongoing, Kanaho ordered and personally committed dozens of crimes against humanity and war crimes. Under his command, several hundred Tutsi villagers were massacred in the town of Gowera. Kanaho employed dozens of child soldiers, and also ordered, directed and took part in attacks on civilian targets, such as Churches, as well as medical facilities or aid facilities.

Summary of crime/crimes: During the ethnic violence in Kuvanda between 2015 and 2017, Commander Mungu of the BIR is alleged to have been responsible for several dozen war crimes. His forces were captured on video executing captured militants, as well as executing two men accused of providing assistance to militants. Several militants who surrendered to the UN alleged torture and degrading treatment at the hands of BIR troops under Mungu's command. Several civilians interviewed by UN investigators reported that family members had been arrested by men belonging to the BIR, and had not been seen for several years. On June 24th, 2015, an anti-government protest in the capital was suppressed by Presidential Guards and the BIR. Seventeen protestors were killed by small arms fire identified to have been fired by BIR troops. Mungu himself was caught on video firing a pistol into a fleeing crowd.

The crimes he committed are numerous, and he himself said on an interview he had no clue how many crimes he committed. The major ones, though, are the ones he has shown as spectacles. From human-trafficking in the Cabal of Spain, to murder in the Oceanic Empire, this man has done it all.

Theft he preforms daily. Larceny, such as him successfully performing a theft of the British Crown (he sold it back for 100,000,000 pounds).

Summary of crime/crimes: Hemi Pango has travelled to multiple countries around the world and repeatedly been issued parking tickets that he refused to pay. His poor parking has blocked hospitals, military parades, endangered the lives of world leaders, prevented aid from getting to people who need it and resulted in failed military operations. His driving skills are considered so bad that it has been declared that his possession of a driving license is a crime against humanity and he is wanted by the ICC until he pays the $188.76 in outstanding parking fines in various jurisdictions.

Summary of crime/crimes: On September 13, 1918, the suspect, Ûdzûkhír Šėmnėkhûtírmȧtȧkhȧn, a Khevsarian ultranationalist, would convene with his friends during the occupation of Los Angeles during the Great War. He convinced his friends to spread misinformation that the Khevsarian High Command authorized the ransacking of Los Angeles for 2 days. The army there entered a murderous frenzy, and by the time the two days ended, over 2,500 were killed as a sign of Khevsarian dominance over America in the war. Ûdzûkhír Šėmnėkhûtírmȧtȧkhȧn killed the most, murdering around 583 people over the two days, using rifles, bayonets, grenades, and knives, and even stolen cars, and looted hundreds of homes and banks over the two days. This incident was known as The Devil’s Massacre of ‘18, and most of the world recognizes it as one of the worst atrocities against humanity ever committed. Nationalist proponents at the time in Khevsaria kept Ûdzûkhír from being detained until he died in 1983 from Cardiac Arrest in his sleep.
