I Just read about Germany in 1890, and apparently Germany and Austria-Hungary were allies.

It's alternate history, I want it to be like the Kaiserreich mod of HOI4 but without reds in the west.

It's a nation based AltHistory. By the time WW2 would happen, it might have diverged so far it happens for completely different reasons, or not even happen at all.

Diverge the history all you want after you start, but if you want the USA to have an emperor, there has to be a good reason it gets one; it can't just come out of nowhere.
