Hallucinating like a madman here

So I've been hallucinating pretty much non-stop for over 1,300 days. Hallucinations keep pushing me into telling random people on the internet about this and they've already gotten me banned from a few forums and other web sites. They're ridiculing me right now even as I write this. Not kidding. They tell and show me some of most disturbing things ever. I've already been officially diagnosed by multiple mental health care providers with various disorders such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, major depressive disorder, social anxiety disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, delusional disorder, and psychotic disorder not otherwise specified. I've already seen and spoken with several psychiatrists, therapists, and neurologists since 2013. I've been prescribed and taken Lexapro, Klonopin, Adderall, Nefazodone, Abilify, Remeron, and Wellbutrin (among others).

Would this be the appropriate board for discussion?
