You receive a highly encrypted ID days before and arrive at one of three 8 to 8 markets in the country and present the card to the shop clerk behind the counter. They look at the card, insert the card into a scanner underneath the counter and a sales associate call your name and lead you down a flight of winding stairs until you reach a sub terrain world. Upon opening the opening of the heavy steel doors, you see a thriving underworld black market trade as far as your eyes can see. You have entered the Damascus Black Square, or the Underground Black Marketplace or the International Black Marketplace

Origin

Originally known as Fortress Ortega, the fortress was constructed during the colonialism era of in the 18th century as many foreign nations were not too far from its coast, bringing potential risk of potential invading and enslavement of its people. With the entrance built on the outskirt of Orghana in the future Chandler region, the fortress construction was done in silence as it was the most important project during that time and the government and military did everything in their power to ensure nobody knew the whereabouts or secrets of its existence. It would take several decades to dig own a cavern for the structure and even more decades and generations to construct the large underground fortress while keeping guard for imperialist countries. Upon the completion of the structure, the leaders and governmental officials would use the fortress heavily as revolutions spark across the world leading to possible inspiration within Krow-Bock, using it as a stronghold to rebuild, regroup, and prep for defense.

The use of the fortress would change within the 20th century around the Prohibition Era, the original building sitting on top of the entrance would be destroyed and several buildings, owned and funded by the Italian mafia, would use the fortress as their own. The criminal organizations would be involved in trafficking, smuggling, and storage until 1945 when the entrance was found out and civil unrest forced the government to force out the criminal syndicates and shutdown the marketplace. After both World Wars were over and the trials were proceedings the now emptied structure would gradually disappear from the public knowledge and by 1955 the known location of the structure would be all forgotten. By 1975 the mafia former buildings were razed for the gentrification of the area and a small grocery market store was built atop the entrance and in 1988 the younger mafia members would purchase the building and expand the fortress where they would resume their operations. The government would come in again to clear out the fortress and underground city again in the 1990s, with a select few officials would establish a shell company to purchase the grocery store and the underground land the fortress resides on.

Now the cavern and now a large underground is a place for the homeless, black marketplace, and the unwanted.

Overall Rules

1. Assume all transactions are heavily encrypted and therefore nobody, even governments, can trace your purchases. However, do not lose the password to your wallet as there's no way of resetting it.

2. This level is a traditional marketplace where people can mingle in the food court, walk to storefronts, and socialize. There are legit businesses here that could not find an affordable building on the surface to conduct business here, but there are also shady businesses who employ the homeless, runaways, refugees, or anyone looking for a meaningful job. Each business will either have a green plus (legit business) or a grey plus (business that pay less than average) in their window.

3. While the aforementioned people are employed on the common level, the selling of human beings, slavery or trafficking, is highly forbidden and anyone caught doing so will have a $32 thousand bounty award on their heads. Any individual, military team, or company who collect the bounty in will receive 3-year rent free, the bounty money, and all utilities paid. The bounty contract is open to all levels therefore conducting such practices suicidal humanly and financially.

4. The underground marketplace only mandates the common level to follow the standard policies and regulations on their storefront and finances regarding rent or security, but as a whole the business owner operate however, they like.
5. Even if you already have a storefront, you can still apply to rent space within the marketplace fortress.

6. Krow-Bock do not verify, confirm, or meddle with the independent company’s business transaction, so when you’re looking to put in an order with a company, please quote them and put in your order that way. The only time Krow-Bock interferes is during weekly night money pick ups.

Night Pickups-Is when the governing bodies’ financial security retrieve the governing body’s financial cut made for that day, week, or month to be put into the treasury to maintain the marketplace

7. The distribution of common sense sensitive adult content and other material of that kind are severely forbidden. This marketplace will comply with real world logic, rules, and the NS TOS. You been warned and if you get in trouble, it’s out of my hands.

6. If a seller is making a scene or causing problems, sellers have the very option of banning them from buying from them. Should every business ban an specific individual, they can merely linger around the food court.

This level is the main level within the underground marketplace where common and legal stores, offices, and small apartments and food courts exist and operate. The majority of the businesses here employ homeless people, refugees, and runaways so the prices might be extremely cheap, due to cheap labor. Due to the high risk of the governmental or military agencies raiding the marketplace, the main level within a higher chance of facing a minor penalty compared to the lower levels. For the most part this level is the three and the residents are welcoming but cautious if an individual wander around looking for specific items, person or people, or dress a certain way.

Level 3. Classified and Cartel level


The lowest of the three levels, this level is the reported rumored marketplace for the international criminals, crime lords, and criminal organizations that operate storefronts where they sell products and services to their customers. Within this level each illegal individual or organizations have teams of foot soldiers and henchmen with visible firearms on them as they patrol this level as well as observe non-regular customers entering this level, with the largest sellers affording the larger rank of gunmen and gunwomen. As such, it’s highly advised not to visit this level if you’re new to the marketplace realm without an invitation or looking for a legal legit business front. Since the bulk of their sales are highly outlawed and or ban, all interested customers must contact the seller through Telegram and the seller will list the transaction as item sold, omitted.

Unlike the other two levels, the Black Project Secret Police govern this level and give the level a limited room of autonomy with their monthly utilities and rent collectively being $12,760
