Image can't load

I could not get my img to upload, it keep getting grey though I have used Imgur, please help!

How did you write the code for the image? It should be

[img ]http://www.nationstates.net/images/foot_jg.png[/img]

(without the space after "img") instead of

[img=http://www.nationstates.net/images/foot_jg.png][/img]

or any other form.

Also, you should copy and paste the image's location from the website, not just the link to where the image is hosted

It would help to have a link to the page or a copy of the code you wanted to upload.
If you're getting grey that tells me that the tags are probably alright, so make sure the url is good. When you upload to imgur make sure the url you get is something like

That image appears to not exist. Also keep in mind as the others said that you need the image’s address, not just where it’s hosted on imgur.

If you still need help and haven't figured out how to do this:

Go on imgur, right click on the image and then click "Copy Image Link" / "Copy Image Address" / however your browser displays that (Not just "Copy Image"). Then paste the copied link, replacing the old one. Also, that image seems to not exist, so you might need to upload it again.
