Here are a list of my favorites:

5: Broken glass. It's delicious and always leaves a tingly taste in your mouth afterwards that tastes like iron.
4: Coal. Coal is fuel, and powers our homes. Why can't it fuel us? Make sure you chew it well.
3: Oil. This is purely a topping on American pizzas. A little dash of oil can do wonders for your digestive tract!
2: Cardboard. It may be a little tough to chew and digest, but believe me, it's great! The corrugated texture is just amazing.
1: Ostrich meat. It tastes like chicken, but is much more nutritious.
