This was the Overnight Proclamation by Amir Tyeor after the B.S.U stormed the Matanot City Palace and killed the Viceroy, Hab Leo II.

As of now the rebels have proclaimed themselves the real, new, independent Bernskia. And Amir Tyeor has been proclaimed President.

Current Situation

Reit, Dein Island

Reit is an City and Military Base if Neibeskiya. It was a planned city made by Neibeskiya in Bernskia for originally shipping of Goods but was later re-purposed to be a Mikitary Base. It's construction had started on 7th June 1829 and was completed on July 9th 1831.


But as for now the city is the Only place not under the B.S.U Govt. control. About 12,000 N.N.N Personnels are stationed here. While 24,000 B.S.U figthers have laid a siege to it.

Valdosk

Valdosk is the nearby island military base operated by Neibeskiya. It was originally controlled by Germany as a colony for 3 years but then Japan took it over after WW1 then the USSR took it over after WW2. And in 1986 USSR gifted this Island to Neibeskiya to celebrate the 50 year of Diplomatic Conatct with the USSR.

All military operations will be handled from here by, NEF Second in Class Commander, Ruoff Leven.

Situation in Matanot City

The Matnot City is filled with Flags of the new Bernskian flag. Many people have Voluntered for the Militia and most buildings have been turned into Training centers and bastions for military equipment storage. Amir, the new president has uploaded a photo of a street which was utterly bombed and 26 civilians died who's houses where on the side of the street. Meanwhile an invitation on Youtube was uploaded inviting Nations to send representatives and Support to Bernskia.

Upon hearing of the troubles which CSL ally Neibeskiya is facing with the Bernskian Independence Movement, Marajarbia would send humanitarian and economic aid. Of course, 10,000 troops were also prepared for any eventuality, as it was believed that the Bernskians could attempt to utilize guerrilla warfare to their advantage. As such, the 10,000 troops were on standby, ready to deploy as soon as orders were sent.

Matanot City
The SR Mercenaries has sent the Glasburg Freikorps to ensure Bernskian Soverignty and oversee their peaceful transition into a socialist deomcracy. T-90A MBTs and T-15 Armata AIFVs adorning the Freikorps warpaint - the entire vehicle jet black and adorned with a totenkopf, a symbol of defiance in the face of certain death. And the soldiers also with a totenkopf on their helmet, they march into the Bernskian capital, they state their claims to protect bernskian soverignty. They are hailed as liberators and guardians when marching through the Bernskian capital. Regular infantry would be arriving soon, along with better equipment.

[The Aituia]

Their first mission was to take over a Neibeskiya outpost near the Bernskian capital, as they would land from their CH-47 helicopters, 2 men would slowly enter the gate. A Neibeskiyan soldier would manage to see this, and would shoot at them. Most of Fireteam Alpha would exit the helicopter slowly, and eliminating the Neibeskiyan soldier. The outpost was very abandoned.

Fireteam Alpha would take over this outpost, securing it, and making it into a small FOB. The outpost would be guarded. They'd wait for the next day/week. There were a few minor clashes with the Neibeskiyan forces from the first week. The Aituia would only get 3 deaths, 7 injured, 17 wounded.

A Neibeskiyan soldier would manage to see this, and would shoot at them. Most of Fireteam Alpha would exit the helicopter slowly, and eliminating the Neibeskiyan soldier. Fireteam Alpha would take over this outpost, securing it, and making it into a small FOB. The outpost would be guarded. They'd wait for the next day/week. There were a few minor clashes with the Neibeskiyan forces from the first week. The Aituia would only get 3 deaths, 7 injured, 17 wounded.

The SMJ-Aligned Aituians would find a familiar sight in Bernski, a Freikorps T-15 Armata parks in front of the building, they are offered a ride around. The Freikorps dismount and begin to touch up the area, in a few hours, a quonset hut is built, communications systems are established, and ammunition crates are stored in the outpost. Then they bring the beer. It comes in red plastic crates, they offer it to the Bernskian volunteers and the Aituians.

Meanwhile, preparations are made by the NEF to be deployed but they may in the next week.

Gabeonian forces establish F.O.B. Reit 20 KM west of the City of Reit. The FOB is surprisingly secure for how quickly it was built however there are a few weak points. 7,000 personnel are stationed there. Gabeonia starts AH-1Z patrols within 3 KM of the FOB. Gabeonian Military Advisors with the help of the Gabeonian Ministry of Intelligence's imaging satellite develop strategies to take and secure the City of Reit, its infrastructure, and the former military island of Valdosk. During the week, 3 fireteams from the 56th Infantry Division attack and secure a nearby electricity substation housing a fireteam of armed Bernskian rebels. The attack force only sustains minor casualties, no deaths. On the last day of the week, Gabeonia sends 10 members of the elite Wolf Unit to help train Neibeskiya Special Forces in urban combat.

After a few angry days of seeing a AH-1Z flying around their compound, a T-15 Armata opens fire, SAM batteries also open fire on the AH-1Z. They have sent off a message: "Bernskia is independent!" They then go back to fortifying the FOB. By now the SRM forces number around 100,000 men, and 1,000 tanks. The FOB is now a sprawling complex with evenly spaced, cylindrical Quonset huts covering the entire place.

The NEF requests a meeting with the Gabeonian command to expand the outpost in the Island of Dein and completely reclaim Reit.


Meanwhile the 12 NEF units arrive at Valdosk. The Valdosk Freecorp Commmand plans to hold a Meeting to discuss further plans and possible Naval Landings.And in the meantime His Excellency orders the Execution of all Bernskian Rebels and supporters in Jail in response to the massacre of Pro-Neibeskiyans in Reit.

After their voyage Naval Strike Group Alpha arrives near the conflict and begins to prepare for the beginning phase of Boldonia's operation in Bernskia. Boldonia's objective is simple, ensure that not one Neibeskiyan soldier steps one foot further into Bernskia while Bernskia itself wins the political battle. The first phase is quite simple really, a shock and awe campaign. Gain air superiority over as much of the conflict zone as possible, destroying anti-aircraft sites and enemy aircraft along the way.

The scene on the flight deck of IRBS Hawaii is hectic as waves of aircraft take off and head towards land. Right now the main focus is the city of Reit, tapping into friendly communications painting the picture of several AH-1Zs patrolling the skies over the city, it seems Boldonia isn't the only one who brought the Viper. E-2 Hawkeyes are sent up into the air first to search for the helicopters using their radar. Once a helicopter is detected a flight of 4 F/A-18s, each armed with radar guided missiles, seeks out and destroys the target from afar. The Hawkeyes do notice the SRM's units on the ground and radio out to them.

These are Battalions Bravo and Charlie of the Independent Republic of Boldonia 1st Air Attack Division! We are here to assist in clearing the skies. Do not fire on the Super Hornets, I repeat do not fire on the Super Hornets those are friendlies! Over and out!

Major General Eric Wright, commander of Naval Strike Group Alpha's ground units, is hoping the air force can clear the skies quick enough. The doctrine of Boldonia calls for pushing the front line as far as possible in the first 24 hour period of arrival to the conflict through sheer brute force and shock and awe. So everyone is watching the clock closely...

Ruoff Leven was sitting in his office. Staring at the proposals made by his juniors. Double checking each one of them. Until a garrisioner arrived -

"Sir. Our radars have detected several Boldonian Ships across our waters just a few kilometers away. "

"Boldonian ? Those must be volunteers but ... the ships are Naval ? Have you conformed ?"

"Yes sir."

"Send a warning to them."
