For posterity's sake... New Temecula's created a new art request thread in which he's said "I will no longer be updating the F7 countryball art thing." and has stuck the following on the bottom of his sig:

Everyone, I am no longer drawing the F7 thing.

It felt like I was legally obligated to draw, and everyone was pressuring me to "expand the canvas" or "make the original larger" or impatient people saying "Where tf am I on this canvas?"

I have moved on from here.
