The Opali revolution (Open till end)

The Austrian Emirates owns an island outside of the Mediterranean known as Opal. The island was home to many pirates who constantly assaulted, looted, and captured Austrian merchant and recreational ships and attacked bays and ports in Tunisia, which is emirate soil. As a result, Austria had fought a 10-year war to stop the Opali pirates and captured the island in 2010. It has been thirteen years since Opali became part of the Emirates and they were punished severely for their crimes. The Opali people had their military under shackles and were taxed, segregated and harassed by some of the Austrian forces, especially the Atlantic military police division who had been traumatized from fighting a brutal 10-year war and losing more than half of their division in the bloodshed.

Now in the year 2023 the Opali military has gone off the rails and has begun to fight against the Austrian military police wanting to declare their independence once again.

Utquiagvik announces its support for the Opali rebels and sends firearms and infantry fighting vehicles to a seaport in Opal to support them.

The soldiers of Opali were only reduced to three branches as punishment when they were captured.

-The West guard
-The honorary military police (Opali who gained the trust of the Austrian military police)

The east and west guard declared war and chose to fight for independence while the honorary police chose to support the current regime.

Japuilean's Black Moon made a request to the Austrian Emirates and Opali Rebels in a public statement.

"Dear Rebels and the Austrian Emirates, we would like to ask for permission to establish a humanitarian camp on the border of your factions' influence, right on the shore for the possibility of delivering goods and transporting civilians who do not want to take part in the island's civil war.

To clarify our goals, we list the materials that we will send to the island for the first time, for building the camp and for the week's activity:

A dozen structural skeletons, a ton of wood, half a ton of medicine, half a ton of food and half a ton of clean water, devices for flirting water and air, basic documentation and communication equi

Both Opali and the military police allow this as there are not only native Opali on the island but also Austrian, Qatari, and Tunisian citizens on the island living in colonies.

On the east side of the island the Austrian Military Police fight against the Opali east guard which has rebelled and begun declaring the independence of local Opali communities and that they no longer had to pay tax nor abide to the Austrian segregation laws. Nobody seems to have died yet, but it seems like the conflict might unfold in violence as the Atlantic Austrian military police has deployed 50 men to punish the Opali and arrest the members of the East guard.

Quick operation

The Private Humanitarian Organization quickly set to work - the first to land were engineers and builders who build buildings from skeletons. After several hours of hard work, the work of the communication center and logistics began. A message was issued to the island and to the factions to announce that it will be possible to retreat to the camp at night, once the rest of the staff are on site.

It was also asked to stop hostilities around the camp so as not to cause misunderstandings and unnecessary deaths
