Is there a way i can delete all of my forum posts?

also, is there a way to get my actual nation name changed my an admin?

You have three options:
1) Delete them all manually
2) Log out and never come back (CTE)
3) Get banned by a mod (won't recommend)

Perhaps you want to go with the first option, there is no way to delete them all at once (as far as I'm aware.)

1) To delete a forum post, you can’t have any replies after it. I may be wrong, but I think mods can remove posts if they want, but you may have to convince them.

2) You can’t change your name unless it’s an update in capitalization. You’ll have to basically forget about this nation and not log in, then just create a new one, so long as it’s available.

Senior Game Moderator here. The answer is and will always be "no" to both. If you want a different nation name, create a new nation.

A quick tl;dr on why we don't allow name changes:
The game was designed in the very early 2000s. As a result, there was no database for a while. Everything was stored in files. Those files were named per-nation with... you guessed it, the nation name. Effectively, your nation name is the same as what a database ID might be in other games -- the primary reference point for EVERYTHING about your nation. Changing your name would be so incredibly difficult and time-consuming because of the various bits and pieces that get stored everywhere. If we were to do such a thing, it would effectively be the same as you starting a brand new nation -- so just do
