How did some nations get those HUGE pretitles? For example United Calanworie has a whole paragraph of pretitle

At 500 million population, you get a custom pre title.

Moderators iirc have the ability to change their pretitles using the moderator controls to go above the regular character limit.

When I became a forum mod, CG edited my pretitle to what it is right now. Comfed is correct — we can change pretitles to be substantially longer than their limit from page=settings via the moderation tools.
